On Monday, the tribunal learned call records and information obtained from phones logged Ms Wandelt persistently demanding Madeleine's mother for a biological test over 2023 and 2024.

Madeleine's disappearance in 2007 - when she was three years old during a trip in Portugal - is one of the most widely reported missing child cases and is still unsolved.

'I Am Not Seeking Money'

Another phone message, played in court, recorded Ms Wandelt stating: "I know I'm fat and plain like Madeleine was, but I feel what I feel."

While one recording of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's recording said: "What if there is a small chance that I am she? What happens next? Is that not crucial for you?"

"I don't want money, I maintain a life here in Poland, I just want to discover," the message continued.

The tribunal was informed that through emails, text messages and communications, Ms Wandelt demanded a DNA test, forwarded early photographs to her phone in a effort to display a likeness to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and claimed to have "flashbacks" from a youth with the McCanns.

An intelligence analyst, an intelligence analyst with law enforcement who compiled the information, advised the court there "showed no any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Ms Wandelt also contacted acquaintances of the McCanns, according to the communication logs.

On October 9th, 2024, Mr McCann answered a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, stating she had "the wrong phone."

On that occasion Ms Wandelt deposited a recording on Mrs McCann's answerphone saying "I won't give up and I will prove my point."

The court heard the co-defendant established a relationship via internet with Ms Wandelt prior to accompanying her on a appearance to the McCanns' home in that area in December 2024.

Communication data demonstrated Mrs Spragg had contacted using messaging service to Mrs McCann to say the news outlets had depicted Ms Wandelt as "a crazy person" but that she should be treated respectfully in the months before the visit to Rothley, Leicestershire, in that winter.

The court was told communications between the two individuals, in last November, considering endeavoring to obtain Mrs McCann's biological evidence from her trash or from utensils at a restaurant.

"We have to assert ourselves," Mrs Spragg told Ms Wandelt.

On the occasion of the appearance to their house, the defendant transmitted a text which stated: "We're currently sitting adjacent to the McCanns' house with our vehicle dark similar to detectives. I desired to do this with another person I didn't imagine I would be doing that with the McCanns."

The case ongoing.
