In a unexpected crossover event that breaks usual predictions, the game developer has unveiled an virtual collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual Thanksgiving event continues from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

According to the formal announcement, "An unusual confrontation leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where rumors of prohibited rituals and monstrous metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The narrative introduces a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a secret group.
The mission centers on "peculiar tests and a fearsome adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Familiar Settings and Changes
The teaser features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The teaser finishes with a striking scene showing a character, probably the captive, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Items and Bonus Features
