The Streaming Giant Chooses Perfect Performer for Bentham in the Hit Series Third Season
The Secret Organization is poised to exert significant influence in the next installment of Netflix’s show of One Piece, though the real showdown won’t unfold until season 3, and a cherished, popular member has just been cast.
The streaming service revealed Tuesday that the skilled actor is now part of the One Piece upcoming season’s lineup and will portray Bentham. The role possesses the power to change into an exact copy of anyone they’ve touched with their right hand. The actor, who is non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, will portray a rendition of that character reinterpreted as gender non-binary, as opposed to as a drag performer, in the live-action show, as in the source material and anime.
Escola is joined by multiple fresh additions set to bring Baroque Works to reality, including head Sir Crocodile, portrayed by the well-known actor, an emerging star as Miss Goldenweek, and Sendhil Ramamurthy, who will appear as the lineup as King Nefertari Cobra of the fictional land.
Though Bon Clay is a important part of the group, the individual won’t appear until One Piece season 3.
